Advanced Hydraulic Compaction
Much of the ferrous scrap (HS 2) is low density. Through our hydraulic compaction process, we significantly reduce its volume and increase density, producing ideal, practical bales for containerization (0.5m³ and approximately 400kg each).
Optimized Containerization for Export
All scrap designated for export is loaded into 20' and 40' containers. This labor-intensive process is supported by machinery to facilitate efficient loading, adhering to minimum quantity requirements (24-28 tons, depending on client specifications).
Global Export Logistics
Once containerized, the scrap is shipped via cargo vessels from the port of La Guaira in Venezuela to diverse international destinations including China, Hong Kong, Spain, India, Singapore, Thailand, Turkey, and Mexico.
